These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to all orders placed with Aminish Technologies Private Limited ("Aminish", "we", "us") via our website or through our sales team. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Aminish provides customised 3D printing and additive manufacturing services including FDM, SLA, SLS, DMLS, Vacuum Casting and Reverse Engineering. Design assistance may be available upon request, subject to feasibility review. Services do not include medical devices unless explicitly agreed in writing.
A valid order requires: a printable design file in an accepted format (STL, STEP, OBJ, etc.), selection of material and finish, confirmation of shipping address, and full payment or approved credit terms. We will review technical feasibility before accepting any order and may contact you for clarifications.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. International orders may be quoted in USD. Minimum order processing fees may apply. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, and approved purchase orders for registered business clients.
Aminish reserves the right to reject any order that contains prohibited content, including but not limited to: weapons or weapon components, content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or material that is illegal under applicable Indian law. Rejected orders will be refunded within 14 working days.
In the event of material shortages or equipment issues beyond our control, we will notify you promptly. You may elect to wait, substitute an equivalent material, or receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Visible damage or shortages must be reported to the logistics provider and to Aminish at sales@aminish.com within 3 days of receipt. Failure to report within this window may limit our ability to raise a carrier claim on your behalf.
Because all parts are manufactured to your specific design and specifications, production cannot be reversed once it has commenced. Accordingly, custom-manufactured parts are non-returnable and non-refundable after production begins. Non-customised sample kits are returnable within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
Aminish warrants that parts will be manufactured free from material defects. Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the parts.
You retain all ownership rights to your design files. By placing an order you grant Aminish a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and process your files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the files submitted and agree to indemnify Aminish against any third-party intellectual property claims arising from your designs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. We encourage resolution through direct discussion before initiating formal proceedings.
